Default Bitten and Thin Nails

Hi

Does anyone have any tips on this:

What aftercare products and/or tools would you NOT recommend for the following conditions:

Bitten Nails

Thin Nails

Thanks for any advice.

Really, they just do what they can to keep their nails out of water and their mouths!

Hi there

Thank you for your reply.

You're referring to both bitten nails AND thin nails?

regards

Yup! The definitely need to make all efforts to not allow their hands (fingernails) to be soaking in water for more than 5 minutes at a time. Water is very drying. Nails are like little sponges and will soak in that water causing swelling which in turn will cause micro stress cracks and fissures in the nails. Then when they dry out, these cracks lead to brittleness, peeling and breakage. Having bad nails usually leads to bad habits like biting.
And keeping their nails out of their mouths is pretty self explanitory.
