Almost every conceivable question has been asked here already and answered several times, so just take a minute and look and you will probably find the answer to your query without ever having to start a new thread. I'm a new poster but I haven't asked a question yet, only answered some polish related ones, and I swear the other day when I logged in there were around 7 new posts all about shatter nail polishes, and I have no doubt that these won't have been the first lot to pass through nailforums.com!
Yes, it is sad, but true that most people do not want to look for help. They just post away! And most never even visit the "tutorial" section or this one--so I will continue to copy and paste my answers for as long as I can stand it!
