Even if you were able to come up with a formulation that actually worked, you'd be taking a huge liability risk if you used the product on anyone besides yourself. You would need to obtain a manufactures license to produce and use or sell the formulation. Those regulations are in place to protect the public and you from scamers, and unethicial businesses, and bodily damage.
