Default Nail Acrylic is expensive i can afford the liquid just not the powder, so...

...could i make the powder from scratch? Nail Acrylics are so expensive i can get some liquid from this shop but i cant afford the powder and i arent good at saving, plus dont have ebay, so i was wondering if anyone had found out is you can make your own powder or something like flower or poweder paint or even a hint of concrete just like to know if anyone knows bout this xxx

NO!! Not even in the remotest sense!!! Polymer powder that is used in conjunction with the monomer liquid is especially designed to work together to create a complex material like plastic. If you can not afford to go to a salon to get them done--learn how to take care of natural nails you have!!! Just from your questions, I can tell that you should be no where near the chemical processes and compounds that are used to create nail enhancments--you would hurt yourself!
