Default Is it bad I didn't tip this nail tech?

i went to get a pedicure and i paid 20 but i didnt leave a tip because the guy did a bad job in like 2 mins
but i felt rly bad i didnt tip him, he also did my eyebrows and lips, which were 7 and 4
how much was i supposed to give him

and lets say if someone did the same service very well how much would i tip? what about a set of acrylics? or for hairstylists and shampoo girls?

thank you!

Mostly the tip is 10%.
If someone did a bad job he can be happy that you even paid him. So it was fine that you didn't give a tip. Tip means that you are satisfied with his job and teratment.

Giving money in the hair salon is also 10%. Mostly you pay the fee in once - so you don't pay separately for the shampoo girl and others- so you give a tip once you pay.
If you pay separately you can give tip for the shampoo girl as well.

Pay tip only if you are satisfied!

I dont believe a tip is required if the job is not a good one. A tip is like a 'thankyou' for a job well done. Go somewhere else next time where a tip would be deserving :-)
