My Name is Carrie; I've been a Nail Tech for over 14 years. I was blessed with a succesful business until 2008 when after months of complaining of shoulder and neck pain I found out that I needed a Spinal Fusion. My friend who has been doing nails for over 20 years just had her 2nd fusion.
After the doctor told me I'd need to find a new profession I designed and am now patent pending on a new Manicure Table. I'm exicted to start production on it and will be kicking it off in June at the Vegas Show!
The reason I'm posting is because most Nail Techs are self employed it's hard to get labor statistics. I would like to hear from you about any physical problems you've experienced in your Nail Tech Career.
