Do you have to have a nail tech license to create premade nail designs only?
My wife creates her own nail designs for her hands and everyone seems to be attracted to them. We were looking at possibly selling them and do not know if she needs a nail technician license to sell them. She would sell them only and not be performing the application. They would be plastic nail tips with all kinds of decorations and jewelry gelled in.
Nope, she can sell them. She just can not apply them. I would be careful about this type of thing though. Lots of liability in selling something with potentially damaging effect. ie: glue, removers, solvents and such.
