I've had my gel nails for a little while and I decided to have them painted a darker colour... BIG mistake. It's very obvious when I scratch and chip it that my nails look tacky and I've only had them this colour for a week!
If I use nail polish remover on them, will it strip the gel as well as the polish??

If they are true gel, then NO--polish remover will not harm the gel enhancement and you can change your polish color as many times as you want.
