Gel Nails Questions?? x?

Right, i want to get gel nails, and i know there are different types of ones but my friends friend got them and she fell an put her hands out to stop her an two of them came off with her own nail. And this has kinda put me off getting them :/. So could you answer me these questions
1.which ones are the best?
2.does your nails have to be a certain length?
3.can you only get a short nail?
Please help

1.theyres many kinds hard ones gel etc get the oness that starrt off as powder your friend didnt have good qualty ones if they fell off that easy

2. any lenght but theyre has to be a nail theyre

3.theyyll trim the nail to any size u wouold like it

First, you should only have gel nails if you want to! Not because your friend wants you to have! Choose the right technician to do your nails, and who can help if you have any questions. (Check Claudia's posts as she posted so many useful info about salons!)

1.which ones are the best?
Both acrylic ang gels are good.
Acrylic = powder + liquid
Gel = gel + UV lamp
Ask the technician what materials she use - check in the internet for the names of the bigger companies - Young Nails, Harmony, CND etc and if the technicians use the right material the nails would be much durable. She mustn't use drill on your natural nail, and stop her if she file your nails strongly and it hurts! Remember none of the nail services hurts! So be brave to stend up and leave!

2.does your nails have to be a certain length?
No, your nail can be any lenght. There are forms what the technician can stick under your nail and with using builder gels she can create nails for any lenght and shape!

3.can you only get a short nail?
Yes, you can have short nails, long nails, stiletto nails, edge nails... Just what you want!
