What is the gel nail polish acrylic thing that you can do at home?
My friend came to school today with these really cool nails. They werent acrylics, they were like a gel or something she did at home? what is it and where can i buy it?
I don't know how she got ahold of the UV-gel things without a cosmetologist to help her. You can get gel done at a salon and i would suggest doing that because they are hard to do.
Gel? Nail Polish? or Acrylic? These are 3 different types of things, techniques.
The best if you go to a technician to do it, as under all the fake nails you can find suprise (infection - bacterial or fungus) if you don't do it properly, and that hurts like hell... Really!
If you want to do somethingat home use regular polish - easy to use and to remove.
All the other techniques need:
- nail technician knowledge
- files, brushes
- prep materials
- builders, pink, white, color materials
- finishing materials
- sometimes UV lamp, drill etc
So these things would cost more, and worth to go to a nail technician to do it.
Doing nails seems so easy, but that is hard, if you don't do it properly you can have damages, problems, liftings...
