Is the design embedded into the acrylic itself or is it painted on the nail with regular polish?
If it is just painted on top of the nail, then you can use a NON-ACETONE based remover to remove the existing polish and re-polish your nails using a good "milky" basecoat, polish and a good top coat.
If the deign is made of or embedded in the acrylic itself--you will not be able to remove it until your next fill, but you can polish over it in the meantime.
