Default will acrylic damage my natural nail?
i have heard that getting a over lay ( acrylic) will help my nails be stronger but i also heard that it will damage my natural nail so is it ok or should i just forget about it?

Enhancements (even overlays) will not harm your natural nail if you choose a reputable, qualified tech.
However, if what you are looking for is natural nails, then I would suggest getting some hydrating manicures and begin a regimen of NailTeK II, conditioning oil, hydrating lotion, crystal/glass nail file and learn how to take care of your natural nails. Along with a good diet and plenty of water, you should end up with the nails that you are looking for.
