I'd like to learn to make the 3D acrylic flowers(like roses) directly on my acrylic enhancements. What size and shape brush should I get? I've only seen a number 6 oval used, and that was once on a video.

That is something that you need to play around with to see what you are comfortable with. I use #6 and #4 point oval and even a #6 round. Sometimes even a #2 or #4 round.
