Exclamation Need some advice please

I have a client and she went to a local salon in town and they over filed her nails and all of which broke before she made it home. she has since been to be twice in a week I followed all procedures as usual prepared and primed accordingly and her full set came off after two days and the most recent one I did last night ones already popped off. I just dont understand the nails werent to thick or to thin they had a beautiful stress area and they were short shes a nail biter but as am I and her natural nails arent no where near as short as mine and I have done my nails the exact same as hers were but yet mine are fine and hers are coming off what could that other salon have done for this to happen cause this isnt happening with any other of my clients and since i first saw her I have done several more clients Im only having this problem with her nails. please help

Sounds to me as if it is client error not yours. She is picking and biting them--enhancements DO NOT "pop off". I certainly hope you are not repairing them for free!

Does she have really oily nail plates? Could need extra scrubbing with 99% alcohol and a double prime.
