Default Have an ugly neutral pink acrylic powder. How do I save it?

How do I save the life of this expensive neutral pink acrylic powder? It's either add something to it to "warm" it up or throw it out of the window. I really hate this color! It is the most boring thing I've ever seen. I mean, it looks corpse-like.

Are acrylic powders available in deeper colors that you can add to your main powder? I just want to warm this up so it will actually LOOK pink. At this point, it looks like a dead trout's butt.

By the way, it's a CND product. It really looked pretty in the jar.

Yes, you can add other colored acrylics or even pure pigment powder to enhance the color. Use very small increments, blend very well and try a bead on paper to see if you like it before moving on. You should start with a darker pink, even try a stark red. If it is too dark pink you can add a little yellow and white to loosen it up.

Awesome! Is there a particular company that you think is good and sells these pigments?

I get most of my creme style powdered pigments from Coastalscents.com. They are a company that sells fda approved items for making makeup.

You mean the "hot pots" colors? I just saw the most awesome neon pink!

You just really need to make sure that they are cosmetic approved "pure pigment" powders.

I mean, are those "hot pot" colors on Coastal pure pigments? Or are they already pre-mixed makeup? I was thinking of trying some of them. I'm just not sure what I am looking at.

They are pure pigment, not premixed. They are micas, etc. They all should say that they are pure and not a premixed base.
